We grow our certified organic micro greens year round in our greenhouse. We grow over 25 varieties and have some delicious blends, including the micro herb mix and the vitality mix. Besides being irresistibly cute and a gorgeous garnish on the plate, they are flavor and nutrition powerhouses. We direct market at the Troy and Schenectady Greenmarkets, and wholesale to restaurants.
